How It All Works

This is the big-picture tour: what happens between a visitor tapping your link and the revenue showing up in your reports. It’s written so anyone can follow it — no technical background needed.

The core loop

Synaptyx does three things, millions of times a day, in a loop:

  1. Route — decide where this specific visitor should go (a geo-specific page, an A/B test, the best-earning offer).
  2. Record — log the click, filter out bots, and keep the data safe.
  3. Attribute — when the visitor converts, tie that revenue back to the original click so you know your true ROI.

Each side of this loop has its own chapter:

Fast by design: the edge

Speed matters — every extra millisecond before a redirect costs conversions. So your tracking links are served from a global edge network (Cloudflare): instead of every click traveling all the way to a central server, the redirect is decided in a datacenter near the visitor, typically in a few milliseconds, anywhere in the world.

The visitor gets an instant redirect; the click is recorded in the background so they never wait.

You don’t manage any of this. When you save a campaign, its routing is automatically published to the edge worldwide — and kept in sync whenever you change an offer or landing page.

Reliable by design

Synaptyx is built so the things most likely to break don’t reach your visitor. Links keep redirecting through routine restarts and incidents, and your clicks are preserved even if something downstream is briefly unavailable. The “what happens when” detail lives in:

Secure & private by default

AreaWhat it means for you
Your accountSessions are protected and can be revoked instantly; optional two-factor authentication.
Your secretsConnected credentials (ad accounts, payment providers, bots) are encrypted at rest.
Your dataVisitor IPs are anonymized over time, and data is retained per your plan’s window.
Your trafficBots are filtered and suspicious clicks are scored before they ever pollute your stats.
