Teams & Roles
A team lets you invite collaborators into your workspace and control exactly what each one can see and change — with per-resource permissions, not just a blanket role.
Teams are for your own staff (a media buyer, a VA, a partner you trust with the dashboard). For external partners you only pay commissions to, use sub-affiliates and the Partner Portal instead.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including renaming/deleting the team. One owner per team. |
| Admin | Manage members and most resources. |
| Member | Whatever their per-resource permissions allow. |
Per-resource permissions
Beyond the role, each member has a permission level on each resource type:
| Level | Meaning |
|---|---|
none | Hidden / no access |
read | View only |
write | View and modify |
Resources you can scope include: campaigns, offers, networks, landing pages, traffic sources, domains, funnels, ad accounts, alerts, blocklists, budgets, integrations, sub-affiliates, and webhooks.
New members get a sensible default: read access to most resources, with budgets, integrations, and sub-affiliates defaulting to none (opt-in only, since they’re sensitive).
Inviting members
Open the Team page
Visit Team (/dashboard/team) — visible to owners and admins.
Send an invite
Invite by email; they accept via a tokenized link (/team/accept/<token>), which
works whether or not they already have an account.
Set permissions
Assign their role and per-resource levels. Adjust any time.
Plan limits
How many teams you can own and how many you can be a member of is plan-gated (0 / 3 / unlimited owned; 1 / 10 / unlimited memberships). See Plans & Billing.
