Sub-Affiliate Program
Synaptyx lets you run your own affiliate program: recruit partners (“sub-affiliates”), automatically credit them for the conversions they drive, and pay them a commission — all while keeping your own margins private.
You manage everything from Affiliates (/dashboard/affiliates); your partners log
into the separate, data-masked Partner Portal.
Setting up a sub-affiliate

How traffic is credited to an affiliate
When a conversion happens, Synaptyx finds the first sub-affiliate whose match
rules apply. Rules use OR logic across conditions on campaignId or any
sub1–sub30, with operators equals, not equals, contains, not contains,
and starts with.
Example: credit affiliate “Jane” for any conversion where
sub2 = jane— so she just appends?sub2=janeto her links.
Commissions & tiers
- Percent commissions are computed from the conversion’s revenue.
- Tiers are retroactive: if Jane crosses 100 conversions this period, the higher tier rate applies to all her conversions in that period, not just the ones after the threshold — a strong motivator.
Payouts
Conversions accrue into a balance per the payout cadence. When a payout is issued, its
amount is frozen at issue time and recorded as a Payout. You can review payout
history and settlement under Affiliates → Payouts, and generate settlement
statements (white-labeled, like reports).
A weekly affiliate.payout.weekly webhook and
push notifications keep everyone in sync.
The Affiliates & Payouts feature requires a Pro/Scale plan. Your sub-affiliates do not need their own paid plan — they just log into the free Partner Portal.
